The construction is similar to standard construction with quality floors, walls and ceiling, and asphalt roof shingles, but the siding is a superior synthetic that is fire-resistant and paint doesn't age like most frame houses and the steel frame underneath would be better in an earthquake than concrete, etc. 0.7 mile gravel road is negative, but the taxes are less and there’s less traffic, no thru traffic. The 20 solar panels cut electric bill $180/mo and can offer protection against power outage. The acre of land allows for horses and/or garden with fencing in the back. Not asking top dollar and will likely go with your bank’s appraisal. 1.5 mile from Post Office. Good neighbors. This is well-insulated to minimize heating and cooling!
