Walk to Lake Michigan Beach and Muskegon Lake. $1400-2000/mo rate is for LOWER LEVEL ONLY w/1-4 bedrooms 1.5 bath. Rate depends on number of bedrooms and occupants. Tenant pays all utilities. No pets. No smoking. NOTE: You must provide your full legal name with your application or else it will be discarded. This applies to all prospective adult occupants. In your message provide information about your current housing, employment, verifiable income, any local references, landlord info, etc. The more complete and detailed the information you provide will be helpful for review.
