This is a very quiet, respectful, family home with young children on the first floor. The unit had two bedrooms and a sunroom (that has been used as a third bedroom), living and dining room, bathroom and kitchen. The house has old woodwork, wood floors, and a lot of windows. There is shared laundry and a small storage space in the basement. Please no pets, smoking, partying, or loud music. Rent is $1375/month + utilities.
