The house naturally becomes quiet around 10 11 PM, and everyone tends to have their own schedules, so it's actually rare for everyone to be home at the same time. We're ideally looking for a mature, responsible adult or responsible young professional who wants a comfortable place to settle into long-term. I personally had three dogs while living here, and the roommates have always been wonderful with them letting them outside when needed and occasionally spoiling them with treats and attention.
