The community offers full access to its pool/clubhouse, playground, & pickelball courts. **Landscape maintenance and snow removal is included and so are water & sewer. The unit DOES NOT COME FURNISHED! 1 year minimum lease, but open to a 15 month lease. Smoking of any kind is prohibited.
