Eviction and housing court history We review eviction history and past landlord-tenant issues as part of the screening process. Full background check A full background screening is required for each adult applicant, including identity verification and criminal background review, handled in compliance with all applicable fair housing laws and local ordinances. Application fee There is a $50 application fee per adult applicant. Rent payment reporting We report rent payment history through a rent reporting service. On-time payments may help build positive rental history, and seriously late or unpaid rent may also be reported.
