Very nice townhouse in a very nice community. Very close to i-70 and US 41! This is a must see! This unit has an attached single car garage. We even have an on-site gym! Renter is responsible for electric bill. You must be able to switch utilities in your name on or before your projected move-in date. This townhouse does include high-speed wireless internet.. no additional fees. There is to be no smoking in the unit at all times. Renter must be able to pass a criminal background check. I'm not as much worried about credit but if you have a previous eviction withing the last 5 yrs don't waste your time. I will not rent to someone that has an eviction within the last 5 years!
