I-10 is a 15 minute drive away. Duke, Eglin and Hurlburt are an easy commute down highway 85. The beaches are 29 miles away. Owner pays all utilities! Do not use or remove any of the equipment in the garage without permission. Pour 1 cup of white vinegar in the HVAC monthly. Minimum lease length is 3 months and can be extended.
