Very functional and friendly home in the best neighborhood we've ever lived in. We raised our children in this home and are soon going to be "empty nesters", and we don't need this much house anymore. When you enter the front door, it opens on a front room and a staircase. As you head inside, you see that the main floor is a combination front room, living room, dining room, and kitchen with a half bath. Upstairs you have four bedrooms, the two full bathrooms, and the washer and dryer. The downstairs has a cold storage area, and a large unfinished basement. The basement is plumbed for another bathroom, or a small kitchen. It could easily be made into a mother-in-law apartment. For a rental, I believe you would need to add an external entrance. Next to the garage, the previous owners put a motor home parking that was built to hold a tank. Two feet of gravel, latticed rebar, and 14 inches of concrete was what he told me. It has handled my garbage cans and garden trailer for years without complaint. Two car garage, automatic sprinklers, brand new water heater, industrial water softener. Selling "AS IS" to leave the buyer with options. I don't see the reason to have the whole house repainted beige, for example, when you may not want it to be beige. We would rather ask a little less than what comparable houses in the area are selling for, and let you do to it what you want.
