The spacious living includes 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, wet bar, in unit washer and dryer. The lanai has a dining table with 4 chairs and 2 lounge chairs with ottoman. There are 3 restaurants in the marina, golf, fishing and workout gym are available. We also have a resort style pool and hot tub. This is a non-smoking, no pet rental. Rent is $5750 per month plus 11%Florida tax plus a one time cleaning fee of $250. HOA requires a background check which is $250. A damage/reservation deposit of $1000 is required. This must be received within 14 days of booking the reservation. This deposit converts to to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is not applied towards rent; however, it is fully refundable within 14 days of departure. Payment- An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 120 days before arrival. Please make payments in the form of personal check to Mary Beth Bogner, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville, OH 44039. The balance of rent is due 90 days before your arrival. Cancellations- A ninety day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 90 days prior to arrival will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 90 days of arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
