**SPONSOR UNIT - NO BOARD APPROVAL** Welcome to your brand spanking new, top floor apartment smack dab in the middle of quintessential Park Slope. This block is absolutely gorgeous. The only thing that might be a little prettier is the immaculate finishes throughout this spacious and extremely well lit two bedroom home. First and foremost, we're on the top floor in historic Park Slope. What does that mean? It means being up at the 6th clears all other buildings and we have nothing but sky and privacy. You immediately feel the airy space stepping through the front door. It just feels open. This is further accentuated by the design of the kitchen. Typical walkways through the cooking area can be from 2'6" to 3' feet. This kitchen is at 4'. What may seem minimal on paper, feels massive in actuality. Striking white Calacatta marble is accented by beautiful white Shaker cabinetry. Full sized stainless steel appliances and recessed lighting provide the finishing touches on this ultra sleek design. Two large slabs provide more than ample cooking and eating space and my favorite touch is how the headers run through the center of the area and give it real character. The living room is illuminated with natural light. The area is large enough to fit nearly any sized furniture and still have more than enough space for formal dining. One of the most pleasant surprises is how large the secondary bedroom is! And not only that, it has a big closet with it's own lighting. This is much more than a sleeping area, it could be utilized as a home office or even secondary living space. The primary bedroom is just plain big. The designer intentionally gave the sleeping quarters plenty of area to add an armoire, a dresser, two nightstands and even a desk! Last but certainly not least is the bathroom. The white light reflects exquisitely off of the beveled subway tiles and adds tremendous depth and character. The Sponsor did a wonderful job modernizing the washroom, yet still keep its original pre-war roots. Nearly the entire home functions on dimmers with a large range to reset the mood or brighten things up further. Apartment 6F is a modern slice of the old world in tandem with complete privacy and tranquility. The building offers an elevator, a wonderful live-in Super, laundry in the building and is pet friendly. As far as proximity, none can rival 333 4th Street. Washington Park is one block over and P.S. 321 William Penn is two blocks East. Postmark Cafe, Logan's Run, Ginger's Bar, Terre, Park Slope Ale House, Chela are all within one single block's walk. All of the Slope's convenience start and end between 5th and 6th Avenue making chores a breeze. The 2, 3 and 4 subway lines can be picked up at Grand Army or you can snag the R for one stop on 4th Avenue and go anywhere from Atlantic Terminal. The B63 bus rides straight down 5th Avenue! Welcome home.
