Offered as a turn-key, mid-term or seasonal rental (30-day minimum up to multi-month long term stays). LEASE TERMS & INCLUSIONS Zillow posted rate is current rate for 12+ lease if signed in remainder of 2026 only. We offer customizable 30-day+ lease structures tailored to your timeline and needs. Rates, move-in dates, and utility arrangements (all-inclusive vs. tenant-paid) are open to negotiation depending on total lease length and qualified application status. Mid-Term / Seasonal Stays (30-90 Days): Turn-key & fully inclusive. Monthly rent includes electric, water, sewer, trash, high-speed Wi-Fi, professional pool service, and lawn care. (Subject to a monthly utility conservation cap). Seasonal rates vary. Long-Term Leases (6-12+ Months): For stays of 6 months or longer, we are open to adjusting the base rent if the tenant assumes direct responsibility for electricity and water. Landlord retains professional pool and lawn maintenance at a fixed monthly service fee to ensure property upkeep. Renters insurance recommended. Spend your days lounging on the patio, rinse off in the warm outdoor shower, and gather around the eight-person dining table for easy outdoor meals off the gas grill. Guest access The entire rented property is yours to enjoy with the exception of one locked owners closet located in the carport. Rental rate varies by season and includes pool maintenance, lawn care, and may include all utilities and wifi depending on lease terms. The washer and dryer free of charge for you to use.
