Great view of sunrise and moonrise. Blocks from beach, walking to loads of shops and restaurants. I have a 10 lb Yorker mix dog and a small hypoallergenic dog can be considered, no cats though, sorry I'm allergic. 3 bedroom unit. Month to month lease
