She has her own private bedroom and private bathroom. You will also have your own private bedroom and private bathroom. She has a female preference in her lease agreement, so I can only sublet to females. It has a pretty incredible view of downtown Phoenix from the balcony. A great location for college students; it’s 5 mins from ASU Phoenix downtown. The general area is up and coming so there are plenty of new restaurants, cafes, and bars.
