The apartment is on the top floor and the view is better than Bok Bar and since you will live here, there is no line to wait on or expensive drinks to purchase. The amenities include central heat and A/C, high ceilings, a dishwasher, a large living room with huge windows, two en-suite rooms, a parking space that can fit two cars if needed, and a small balcony. About the building and location: The building is pet friendly with no size limits, from French Bulldogs to Goldendoodles. The amenities include is a communal roof deck that is always empty, an elevator, and communal laundry in the basement. The building is located close to 3rd St. and Washington Ave. The walkability of the apartment is fantastic it is roughly a half mile to Passyunk Ave., about 2 miles to center city, and about a mile to Old City. Within about 15min you can be seated at some place that will inevitably become your new go-to, or your current go-to if you already live in South Philly. The neighborhood is awesome. It has a very cool mixture of families that have been here for generations, people that moved in relatively recently, and people who moved in and never left! When you walk to one of the local parks its cool and inviting to see people from the neighborhood that you can stop and shoot the breeze with. Looking for someone to takeover my half of a lease for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in South Philly with a female roommate for about $1,125 a month per person. I have lived in this apartment since 2019 but have purchased a house and am moving out. My current roommate would still like to split the apartment with someone. Your move in date would be April 1.
