Bank/investment statements may be provided to prove financial viability. **Application and Credit Screenings required for ALL occupants 18 years of age and older. Occupants without credit may be listed as Occupant Only after their credit is ran. **At least one applicant must have established positive verifiable credit in order to qualify for rental. **One year lease with first month rent and security, damage, cleaning deposit at signing. **Non-refundable holding fee ($1500) collected for after rental screening is approved to hold until agreed move-in date. *Landlord does not hold vacant unit longer than two weeks.
