This has been our home away from home for the last 10 years. Completely remodeled from the inside out. We started by residing the entire mobile, adding new dual pane windows and doors. Stripped most of the inside to the bare walls and started over. Completely drywalled for added insulation and noise reduction. The kitchen as well as both all the bathrooms have been completely renewed with new cabinets, new counters, fixtures and hardware. All new appliances with in the last 5 years in the kitchen. New flooring throughout the home, carpet in 2 bedrooms, with high grade laminate through the rest of the main living area. We decided that this was going to be a fun change from everyday life so each room has a splash of color in an accent wall. Welcome to River life. When in paradise, have fun and be creative! The house has 2 bedrooms and two baths inside the main body of the home and a HUGE 3rd bedroom and half bath at the rear of the home through its own entrance. The laundry area is located inside the home. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath, with a granite counter top and custom tile backslash. The master bedroom has a sliding door that steps right out onto the relaxing deck. The back bedroom, which use to house many bunk beds was referred to as "the kids room" held many a cousin and friend reunion. Easily holds 3 sets of bunk beds. Now home to a king bed, 1 set of bunk beds and two twin fold out beds. We can currently sleep 12 people in beds any night of the week. This room was constructed to be super energy efficient. With 2 x 6 construction and special roofing materials, it stays very temperate, but it does also come with its own heating and air conditioning unit. This room has an attached half bath. This room has no shower, but right out the door to the rear, is the FAVORITE of all that come to stay, our enclosed outdoor shower. Built of redwood and aluminum, with a slate and river rock floor, it is open air, and best of all it is attached to the tankless water heater, so no matter how many showers we have there is never a lack of warm or hot water. An AMAZING experience. in addition, we added a water softener assist those with sensitive skin. The outdoor living is great as the indoor living. A nice covered patio off the kitchen for your patio table and chairs.It is our BBQ central. There is a relaxing covered bamboo enclosed deck off the master bedroom, large enough to seat a crowd. We just upgraded the air conditioner to a brand new 3 ton package unit. It is very quiet and energy efficient. A picture of the monster unit is in the ad. A year old 10x 12 foot shed can hold all the rest of the pool and river toys, and the tons of chairs and junk that we all seem to accumulate. We have plenty of toy parking, our driveway currently holds 2 jet skis and the boat with plenty of room for his BIG truck Our home is located in the wonderful gated community of Bluewater Lagoon, right on the Colorado River.
