You can walk across the street to launch your canoe or fishing. The public dock on Norris Lake is a walkable distance, just across highway 25E. Each bedroom is the same size, about 10 X 10. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, the other two bedrooms have full-size beds. The furniture in the photos will stay. Washer/dryer set is in the basement for you to use. The house is on the well and septic system, well water is clean and drinkable! In addition, the house is also equipped with a water filter system. Renters will pay the electric bill and internet bill only. One year lease is preferable, but will accommodate short-term lease with additional charge.
