A two-story chalet on a double lot with off street parking on a quiet, pine-tree lined street. WE PROVIDE: Bed linens and towels. A selection of DVD's family games, playing cards and dice games. Enjoy the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen with 2 coffee makers (One Keurig & one 12-cup), stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and blender provided. Tankless water-heater (endless supply of hot water), Wi-Fi, a cozy gas fireplace and washer and dryer. There are 3 TV's total (one 55" Smart TV, one 43" Smart TV) for streaming Hulu, Netflix, Disney, etc. as well as a 32" TV for watching our collection of family and children's DVD movies. The bathrooms are equipped with towels, soaps, a hairdryer and a shower with a tankless hot water-heater with an endless supply of hot water, for your convenience - no wait time in-between showers! PINE-TREE lined street with historic cabins, minimal traffic and woodsy atmosphere makes for a great place to take a stroll, or relax on our covered front porch. INSIDE, our tastefully decorated cabin is cozy, warm and comfortable with an abundance of Tahoe charm. Relax by the large stone fireplace where you can read or watch TV. Three TV's total: NEW - 55" Smart TV for streaming TV shows and movies on Netflix, Hulu, ESPN, Disney, etc. A second - 43" Smart TV in the bedroom.
