The property is minutes from two I-90 interchanges, located halfway between Crocker Park and Avon Commons. The high efficiency furnace and air conditioning systems were installed last weekend and are brand new. The painters have been removing all the old paneling and wall paper, have painted the ceilings and trim and are getting ready to paint all of the interior walls and exterior garage doors. Once painting is complete, the flooring throughout the house will be redone. The second floor has a large master suite with a huge walk in closet and two smaller closets. It has its own bathroom and a makeup, sewing or small office area. There is one more full bath on the second floor as well as two additional bedrooms. The first floor has a rectangular shaped kitchen with an eat in nook. It has a formal dining room, a living room with a fireplace and a fantastic four season room that will let you commune with nature. The first floor also has an office/bedroom and a half bath. The house has a 500 square foot finished basement with two closets with lots of storage. The unfinished part of the basement houses a laundry and utilities area with lots of shelving for storage. The second floor and the formal dining room has been mostly repainted and I have posted photos of those areas and a picture of the flooring to come. The front entryway, first floor office/ bedroom and the living room have a first coat on them. Carpentry beginning in four season room. Pictures to follow. The four seasons room carpentry is finished. The final trim painting will be finished today. The remainder of the interior repainting should be wrapping up tomorrow and Saturday. Flooring begins next week! Today we made great progress in the basement, living room, entry way and office/bedroom. The garage doors have been repainted as well. All of the painting should be complete by the end of the weekend. Looking forward to installing flooring beginning next week. The painting is complete! Flooring is ordered and is on the way. Did some tree work to improve the safety of the property. New carpeting installation begins next Monday or Tuesday. New kitchen vinyl flooring should be in by mid to late week. Check out the photos of the new flooring being installed. The carpeting is warm and comfortable and the hard flooring is attractive and easy to clean. The carpeting installation begins today! Should be finished sometime tomorrow. Vinyl planking begins immediately after. The old carpeting and padding are out and the new padding has been installed! Hopefully, I ll have a few photos of carpeted rooms to post tomorrow night. The 4 season room entryway and carpet is finished. Looks great! It feels great on your feet and looks fantastic. No old carpeting anywhere in the home. The front entryway and kitchen flooring will be installed Saturday and Sunday.
