IUP student housing. I am getting rid of my lease in this 3 bed 1 bath free standing house in indiana PA because I am transferring to another college. 2 male students currently are living there both real nice and easy going students. I will pay the first month rent as well. It's a 2 semester lease. $3125 a semester Only goes by semester payments no monthly! IUP off campus student housing. Students in charge of utilities that must be set up among the group (two other iup students will be sharing the house). Lease packet will be sent and delt with by Melissa of B&L properties I can give all her info on request. Payment is $650 a month, $3125 a semester + $99 student fee. I will cover first month payment ($650).
