Central air conditioning. Last tenant stayed for 6 years, easy lease agreement. General lease, most importantly we ask no junk vehicles parked in yard/driveway; no dogs, no subletting, must stay up to date or late fees will be incurred, must maintain lawn, or we will maintain for extra fee monthly. That's basically the main points of lease. Also, NO DOGS ALLOWED! We will allow for one cat, or other pets that primarily stay in a cage, no dogs.
