The master bathroom is included with a stand up shower. The guest bathroom has a full bath/shower. Landscaping is included with our property (weekly during warmer seasons and biweekly during the colder seasons.) This property is newly renovated and has cordless binds in each room. The kitchen includes soft closing cabinets and drawers. Ceiling fans are included in the kitchen and master bedroom. All appliances are new, the tenant is responsible to provide a refrigerator. Washer and dryer hookups are in the garage. Dryer hookup is a 3 prong 125/250V. Washer is a standard 120V. We do not provide those appliances as well. In order to receive an application you must contact our office at and provide an email address. An application will be emailed to you since our office is not open to the public. Anyone 18 years old and over must submit an application along with all requesting documents. Any missing information on the application and missing documents will be considered incomplete and will not be processed. Each applicant will have to provide a money order of $30 in order to process the application for a credit/background check. Dimensions for each room will be posted shortly. Up to two small pets are permitted 25 pounds and under with a pet deposit of $150. landscaping, water, garbage and sewer are included in rent at no additional cost. Our Rental Agreement is a standard month-to-month agreement.
