Additional tenants will increase the rent. Our street and neighborhood have lovely California Sycamores shading it. Parking is on the street with a pass we will provide you. We are close to Disney, Warner Brothers, and Universal studios. ABC, NBC and CBS are also nearby. There are two medium sized dogs and a cat on the property, so unfortunately we can't accommodate additional pets, though you will be encouraged to have fun with ours, should you wish to... 1 year lease, $50.00 Application fee, which will be credited to first month's rent.
