Beautiful home, We have been updating it Brand new bathroom. New garage in 2006, already sectioned off for a man cave, tool room, bathroom, whatever you want to do with it. House has plenty of room for family gatherings, parties (we have had several already) and outside has a tree to put a swing on and has a little creek at the bottom of the hill, has 4-wheeler trail and it produces herbs such as goldenseal, Ginseng, bloodroot, Pecans and has black walnut trees! (very rare lumber) just over all beautiful! Does need a bit more updating.
