This 1996 park model RV has been my home for six years. It's small (396 sq ft interior) but contains an amazing amount of storage space, has vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans, plus lots of windows. The furniture and appliances are freestanding, so it's more like a little house than an RV. Some furniture, stove and refrigerator are included. Rent includes water/sewer/garbage and Wave Broadband cable TV. [There is free Wi-Fi in the park, but it's not that great, so some residents purchase Wave Internet. New managers have informed us that the park Wi-Fi will soon be upgraded.] House has new standing seam roof and Hardi-Plank siding. There is a large private deck (25' x 15') in back (fair condition) and one Rubbermaid-type external storage building is included. The park has a laundry room and bathhouse available for residents' use. Low utility costs (electric and natural gas) are paid by the renter. Conveniently located halfway between Newport and Lincoln City, Fogarty Creek RV Park is a quarter mile to the Thriftway grocery store and Big Mountain coffee shop. The beach and Fishing Rock State Park are just a few blocks away. Bus will stop directly in front of RV park on request. Pet deposit of $100 per pet.
