We are a RV Park with several Park Models and this is one of them. We are a 5 min walk to the beach and also about a 10 min walk to the local grocery store. There are hiking trails around our park And the park model backs up to the forest. There is ampule parking for 2 small cars or perhaps a car and a truck. We do not require a lease but we do require a 30 day notice before you move or you will lose your deposit. Ideally we are looking for a long term renter.
