New HVAC system, New tankless water heater, new flooring, new ceiling fans, new paint, chimney and alarm. We are offering the lawn service to be upkept and maintained by us. We are minutes away from Fashion Fair Mall, Target, Sam's Italian Deli and other restaurants. We are close to shopping centers and to a couple of schools including McLane High School. I am looking for long term renters. You will be responsible for the water/trash fee, PG&E and true up bill at the end of the year. I will maintain the yard but you will need to water the grass. There is an alarm but if you would like it to stay on you will need to put it into your name. We have updated a lot of things to this house. The water bill roughly runs $90-100, alarm is roughly $65, the pge varies by how much energy you use. Pets are not allowed however we might be willing to negotiate that depending on the situation. I will give 24 hour notice of maintenance checks. We are moving so everything is everywhere so the pictures do no justice, just book a tour and you will see. Thank You.
