Master bedroom is big 10.5x16 plus a 6x4 private hallway) and the second bedroom is 10x10 with a small walk in closet. This is a downstairs unit in a 5 unit building in a very quiet residential neighborhood. There are no other apartment buildings nearby. The building is a charming old firehouse built in the 1920's. Kitchen was remodeled within the last couple of years. Most tenants in the building are long term (3 of the 5 have been there over 5 years) and are not partiers. I don't know the actual square footage-750 was just a guess. Small garden park across the street form the property. Very close to freeway 805 but not close enough to hear traffic. In fabulous North Park/South Park neighborhood.
