The rooms have passcode lock to get in each room. The bedrooms come with the following inside: bed frame, mattress, and dresser. The property has two fully renovated bathrooms that will be shared between the 4 different rooms. The property has 2 living room areas and fully furnished kitchen area with kitchen table and seating. The common areas will be professionally cleaned 1- 2 times a week. The property will have gated parking for an additional fee. Guest will have to park on the street outside of gate. The tenants will have 2 entry ways into the property through the front door and back door in the gated parking. We offer two different leases week to week or month-to-month. The weekly prices are the following: Queen bedrooms are $125 weekly, Full bedrooms are $125 weekly, and Twin bedroom are $125 weekly. The monthly prices are the following: Queen bedrooms are $500 monthly, Full bedrooms are $500 monthly, and Twin bedroom are $500 monthly. No Smoking allowed on inside of the property. No pets allowed on the property. Tenants will be responsible for washing dishes before cleaning person comes to clean property every week. This property is for University of Memphis students only we do require a copy of the schedule with application.
