Hi, I am a health care professional at Georgetown University Hospital/MedStar Washington Hospital Center and I am looking for a roommate to share a bright, sunny and beautiful townhouse in the heart of Georgetown's West Village. The house is located at 34th Street and Prospect Street, only one block from M Street (and Georgetown Cupcake :-D) and three blocks from Cafe Milano and Wisconsin Avenue. If you are a medical student, grad student, resident or fellow physician, Georgetown University Hospital is 5 minutes by car or a 15 minute walk. You will have your own completely separate apartment on the first floor. It has been designed to be a totally private suite and nothing is shared with me. There is a private bedroom, a private living room, private kitchen, private bathroom, personal washer/dryer, and outside patio in the back of the house. The outside patio is the only shared space. All rooms are furnished. I am a male health care professional, but since the apartment is completely separate you will never see me unless you want to! :-) Rent for the room is $2300/month + security deposit. The utilities (electric/gas/water/Wi-Fi) are included. The room is available July 1, 2025. 1 year lease with security deposit. I pay all utilities.
