    Small cabin in the aspen trees up Leroux Creek, north of Hotchkiss. This is true recreation paradise! Electricity is also in place at the building pad and connected to the cabin and shed. Permitted septic installed, and it was designed for a larger cabin. The cabin has central propane heat, a range/oven, refrigerator, kitchen sink, and a 3/4 bath. Pretty much everything you see is Included, the appliances, the tools, the furniture, kitchenware, etc. This is a sweet little spot with potential for year around living, or a great get-away place to escape to!!!
