Small cabin in the aspen trees up Leroux Creek, north of Hotchkiss. This is true recreation paradise! There is a large, leveled building pad already created if you want a larger cabin, or if not, it provides great parking, area for games, horse corrals, area for a shop, or whatever. Very well constructed and graveled driveway takes you up the mountain about 1,000 feet from Alta Vista Road, so you are tucked way back in and up top for superb privacy and exceptional mountain and valley views, with views of Green Mountain, Grand Mesa, the Leroux Creek Valley, and Patterson Reservoirs. Lots of wildlife! The well is in place and hooked up to the cabin and frost-free hydrants, with a great system set up with two 1,500 gallon storage cisterns. Electricity is also in place at the building pad and connected to the cabin and shed. Permitted septic installed, and it was designed for a larger cabin. The cabin has central propane heat, a range/oven, refrigerator, kitchen sink, and a 3/4 bath. Pretty much everything you see is Included, the appliances, the tools, the furniture, kitchenware, etc. This is a sweet little spot with potential for year around living, or a great get-away place to escape to!!!
