Its VERY much a fixer-upper. There is virtually no insulation. The windows and doors leak so much air that utilities are outrageous. The kitchenkitchen has no cabinets or drawers at this time. There is 1 gas wall furnace in hallway for the entire house. Window air units no central. With some serious TLC it could be a great home.
