The shared bathroom has a tub, rain shower and hand-held wand. We have central air and heat and a private washer and dryer down 1 flight. Your sunny room is medium-small, and has 2 windows, a full bed, antique dresser, bookshelves, end table and glass lamp. There's a small closet and some more storage elsewhere. I'm a friendly composer with an offbeat sense of humor and a gentle scaredy-cat. My ideal roommate is a kind, honest and takes responsibility for themselves both personally and financially (i. e. is not moody and pays their rent on time ;) It's very important to me to keep the common areas clean and tidy. I believe clear, direct communication contributes to a peaceful, harmonious home, which is what I want to share with my new roommate. If you think we might make a good match, let's talk! No smoking of any kind or illicit drug use is allowed anywhere in or around the premises by you or your guests. Only platonic overnight guests (i.e. no boyfriends or girlfriends). More specific terms to be discussed upon interviewing, and are included in lease, which you can read before agreeing to move in. References and financial papers (bank statements, pay stubs or direct deposits, etc.) are required. Although it says there is a 6-month lease duration, both shorter and longer terms are accepted. There is easy street parking nearby. No pets are allowed as I already have a cat and she doesn't get along well with other animals. We share household cleaning duties weekly, as well as household expenses (i.e. paper towels, swiffers, etc.).
