Hello! My roommate recently moved out and so I have a large bedroom available in a great location on mt Washington. The spot is a minutes walk from the Duquesne incline and overlooks! It's on a quiet street, has laundry in the basement, Central AC, and the house is furnished except your bedroom. Rent would be 900 which would include utilities! I am not too motivated to get a roommate, so It would have to be the right fit. I work from home most days, I like to explore the city, have friends over, go for runs, or travel. Looking for someone who ideally doesn't work from home (not required), no pets, doesn't smoke and is clean with their space. I would be open to a 6 month or 1 year lease.
