This apartment is on top on the 2nd floor of the corner property (Central Pizza). Great location in the midst of everything you want. The Market-Frankford line is a 5-6 min walk and you are 4-5 min walking distance from the new bar scene in Philly at Frankford ave. Penn Treaty park is 1 block away as well. The location is everything you could ask for and some. The water bill is covered in the rent, the heating is gas (radiators), and there is a provided air conditioner in the apartment as well. The pictures are a little darker because we had the electric off but come by and check it out. Great price and great location. Water bill is covered in the rent
