You will not need to hassle with setting up bill pay or deposits for utilities. The Casita has fencing on all sides with two gates. We allow one dog or two cats, depending on the size, but no aggressive dog breeds. The Casita is fully furnished with a queen bed , sofa, desk TV, and has a kitchenette with a small refrigerator. The kitchen is supplied with plates, cups, coffee maker and toaster, silverware and mini toaster oven, double Bunsen burner, microwave, pots and pans. The casita has air-conditioning, ceiling fan, standing fan, and heat. Linens and towels are provided. A cleaning and linen service is available for an additional fee. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and single basin. The location of the Casita is walking distance to the nearby HEB, public library, restaurants, and driving distance five minutes to our beautiful downtown blue star, Riverwalk with restaurants and breweries. The monthly rent is $1325. The deposit is $850. Pet deposit is $100-$200 depending on the number of pets and size. The pet deposit is nonrefundable. Pet deposit is non refundable. No smoking, vaping inside the house. No parties or additional people living in the house beside the 1-2 on the contract.
