Seeking a roommate for a 2 bed 2 bath in Kailua's desirable coconut grove neighborhood. The home is already furnished, but the bedroom itself is not. There is a private sliding door entry into the room, in addition to an en suite bathroom with two shower heads, a full length mirrored closet and wall AC unit. There is street parking easily available around the house as it's on a corner lot. We have a fenced in front yard and pergola and dining area on the patio in the back. I am a 30 year old pharmacist that works M-F 7:30-4:00. I am up and early generally working out before work and enjoy being outside on the weekends! My husband also lives in the home when not deployed (about half the year, currently deployed) but we intentionally keep the lease month to month in the case you do not desire to live with a couple when he returns (totally understandable). We would love someone long term, however a month to month lease is also perfect for those needing a place to call home when moving on island, but want to look for something long term in person. Also perfect for military or someone intending to buy a home in the near future. We are a 5-10 minute walk from the beach via Kalama Beach Park, 1 mile from downtown Kailua, and 3 miles from the marine corps base. About 20-30 minutes from downtown Honolulu or Pearl Harbor with easy access to the H3, Like Like and Pali. I can be flexible with availability as the room is currently empty and I'm looking for a good fit! $1750 everything (professional pest control, water, WiFi, reasonable amounts of electric use, sewage, trash service, yard maintenance and taxes).
