All residents must be 62 years of age or older and meet federal program requirements. Rent includes all utilities except phone and TV. This is city living, with all of it's conveniences. Elevator access to all floors, covered parking available in the nearby parking garage, a beautifully decorated community room with kitchen, sitting areas, computer room and on-site coin operated laundry are all available to our residents.
