We are the original owner. We acquired this unit in late December 2008 while our daughter attended UNC. It has been very well maintained. In addition to the hardwood floors and granite countertops that are original to the unit we added a security system, plantation shutters, upgrades to the kitchen pantry plus other closet and bath upgrades. The unit has a nice stainless steel refrigerator plus stacked washer and dryer all installed new in late December 2008. Some bedroom and bath walls are painted differently than what is shown originally in the attached. Please note that the specified upgrades are also not shown in the attached images. It has a single car attached garaged with the ability to park an additional car in the driveway. There are also additional parking spaces throughout the complex and are first come first serve. No parking is permitted on the street. Another nice feature is the screened in porch off of the dining room and kitchen area. It is a second level screened in porch with a ceiling fan a privacy shades. Rose Walk is a very nice, safe and quiet area. It is very close to UNC campus with the park and ride bus stop just a short walk up the street from the entrance. The Jones Ferry Road Park & Ride lot offers convenient access to the Health Sciences Campus as well as the Undergraduate Campus and Franklin Street. Buses serving the Park & Ride lot include the JFX, CM, and CW. Though the CPX does not directly serve the Jones Ferry Road Park & Ride lot, this bus line is just an extra 2 min walk away.
