We purchased this home in February of 2017 from a friend. We lived in it for a year while we built the home we are currently living in. From March 1st - July 31st, we rented it out to some friends, and now we would like to sell it. It is a nice house, and we were very happy with it. It is my hope to sell it before the end of August. I'm pretty pretty flexible on selling price. It would just be nice to get it sold. My current plan is to take the best offer that I receive over $125,000 by August 30th.
