3/30 Update: Apply only if good credit and income is 2.5x the rent - per landlord. We are leaving the application window to allow joint applicants to complete their application. Application window will be opened only until 4/1. Total applications at this point is 35. No need to call the agent. Please use this Zillow format to apply. The landlord will choose their top choices to move to the next step of showing the property on 4/10 or sooner. If chosen, we will reach out to the applicants for a scheduled appointment. (If applicant wants to move forward, they should let us know asap). If not chosen, we will try to let people know. (I am not the property manager. I am only helping the landlord pre-screen applicants). Long term leases preferable.
