Hello!My best friend and I are currently looking for a roommate to share our 2 bed/2 bath apartment, 1.5 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from Carlsbad Village. The room is available November 15th or as soon as possible. You would have your own bathroom (not attached) and private entrance to balcony from the room. Rent is $875 without utilities. Utilities range from 40-60 per month, for everything except cable. About us:We are both 27 y/o females and are full time employed as a bartender and a teacher. One of us works during the day and the other one usually works late hours. We enjoy going out, having wine nights at home and watching netflix, or hanging out on the beach. We are looking for someone who is in the 25-35 age range and has a steady income. We are not looking for complete neat freaks, but someone who can keep all common areas clean so we can enjoy our apartment together.
