The front and side yards are planted with alfalfa and clover. Wildlife is abundant in the area, with lots of deer, turkey, birds, and more. There is an additional 27 acres which is co-owned by each property owner, and features several hundred feet of river frontage along the North Fork of the Gunnison river.
