A work in progress. Since we moved in 5 years ago we have gradually started working on completion necessary repairs and replacement. Since moving in we have put carpet in the basement, refinished the upstairs bedroom closets, started replacing fans (there are fans in 7 of the rooms), refinished the wood floors in the upstairs bedrooms, replaced the roof on May 23, 2020, replaced the furnace and added central air conditioning in 2022. Sometime later this year or next we will be tearing out the concrete in the backyard and repouring the patio area and the retaining walls on the north side of the house. After that the next project will be installing a new sprinkler system or replacing the water heater.
