Restored in 2014, this original Shell Oil building has been reimagined for use as an open office space or retail store. The building, while cozy, has been fitted with a double paned, glass garage door to insulate, while also opening the space up. In summer and spring months, both garage doors can be opened. Between 3000 and 4000 on Minnehaha there are a number of thriving small businesses that are blowing up. They include hip new restaurants, book stores, fashion shops, and several festivals. In the summer months it is not uncommon to see a line of people extending two blocks or more, gathering at local events.
