This is an AMAZINGLY beautiful apartment. It gets gorgeous sunlight, is close to Mariano's, Jewel, Chipotle, Walgreens and Ashley Furniture. It is walking distance to the Damen bus, Paulina brown line and the incredible restaurants and shops that Roscoe Village has to offer. You will need to pass a credit check, need to be a single person NOT a couple, pass a background check and no pets or laundry on site. That is a very small price to pay for ample, non-permit parking and a gorgeous place to live. The landlord is quick to respond to issues and is very kind. Also, no drugs are allowed on the property. The radiator heat will keep you warm all winter (FREE HEAT) and the bike room is nice so you can lock up your precious and favorite mode of transportation. Internet, electricity and gas are extra but this is STILL the best deal in town. I pay about $20 a month for electricity and $50 every two months for gas. I used ATT for internet and it worked perfectly. Must sign one year lease and pay one month ($780) security deposit. Owner pays for trash, sewer, heat and water. Tenant pays electric, gas and internet.
