I am moving out of state for work March 1, so my current friend/roommate and I are subleasing the available room. The unit has: 2 BR (both with plenty of storage/closet space), 1 full bathroom, washer and dryer in unit, third room (currently used as a storage room but large enough for anything), kitchen with all appliances, 2 entrances, room for your car in the back parking lot. It is located at North Ave. and Homan Ave. (Kimball Ave). Utilities are not expensive, usually around $100 for cable, internet, gas, and electric. My current friend and roommate is 25 years old, very respectful, laid back, pretty quiet, cooks for a living, non-smoker, and all around great guy.
