There is an available unit (232) at Stanford Villa in Palo Alto. It's a 10 minute drive from Stanford, Palo Alto, and downtown Mountain View. It's on the second floor, and it's spacious, clean, and comes with a large balcony. See pictures. It's big enough for a couple to live in. The apartment complex is very nice, with swimming pools, gym, and a leasing office always at your service. There is also a Grocery Outlet right next door. My girlfriend and I had to move out of the unit but are still paying for the lease and would like to end as soon as possible. In order to facilitate this we are willing to pay $1200 (a little more than half a month's rent) to anyone willing to start a new lease there. Stanford Villa also offers a month's free rent to new arrivals. Note that the leasing period must be at least 8 months.
