Individual leases allow us to split the rent making each resident responsible only for their portion of rent. Everything such as water, sewer, trash, landscaping, internet, wi-fi and Smart TV is included.The apartments are fully furnished with cooking equipment and utensils and most of what you'd need for day to day.
